His background includes more than a decade in managed IT services, with hands-on experience across support escalation, environment assessments, solution design, project planning, client consulting, and technical execution.
Before starting Lucky Tech Consulting, Michael worked closely with small business owners and decision makers who needed practical help, clear explanations, and follow-through from someone who understood their environment. That experience shaped how Lucky Tech Consulting works today.
